I think also the quality of questions can often be improved too. Sometimes the 
RTFM or 'Google for it' answer is sheer grumpiness because it is too 
difficult to work out what the questioner is really asking. I prefer to give 
really dumb answers. ;)

This is my interpretation of somewhere that collects lots of hypertexts that 
explain Debian. However,as this isn't exactly the newbie helpline, I would 
hope that your question goes a bit deeper than that.
