When does GNU/Linux distributions support 32 Bit UID/GID's?
Afaik is libc6 able to do it.
If the system does not reclaim the UID's in less then 4 weeks I would
run into trouble since the CURRENT configurations do not have enough.
On some Systems I have over 55.000 users and physicale the System can
support 10 times more without any problems.
Thanks, Greetings and nice Day
