Let's remove hubcot-source
Hi!
I propose we remove hubcot from the archive. The package, which
provides a driver for a toy usb hob, is orphaned and doesn't compile
with 2.6 kernels (#393524) therefor will be useless in etch. It
currently has 4 votes in popcon.
