Out of date documentation sucks.  This package should be removed.

I didn't think anyone uses romfs anymore (cramfs replaced it for most
applications a long time ago, and now even cramfs is being replaced.  No
revdeps.  30 votes.  Hmmm, I guess maybe we should keep it around for a
little while longer; orphan it now, though.
