Hello,

In the honeyd PTS page, the "Lintian report" link points to ...Pen~a...
instead of ...Pen_a...
It seems the lintian pages use a different algorithm for non-ascii
characters.

Fixed for this particular instance of weird character (~), real solution
is getting lintian to use better URLs.
