Bug#304070: packages.qa.debian.org: shows empty page for nonexistent package

I was looking for the acroread package, which isn't in Debian. Instead
of an error I got a completely empty page, no content at all.

http://packages.qa.debian.org/a/acroread.html

This should be turned into a regular 404 error that you get for other
nonexistent packages.
