Thanks -- We keep fiddling with these times, I think the solution is to
run everything more or less hourly, and have a quick "Already
uptodate/archive sync in progress? exit!" in front. This way you also
cope with occasional long syncs, if dinstall starts running multiple
times a day, etc.
