Different issue, there is no DDPO entry on qa.d.o if you don't maintain
any packages (in this context, being upload doesn't count).
If you _do_ maintain one package, it'll list (eventually, there is
currently some too long delay somewhere in ftp stuff) all your packages
and those you're uploader for.
