Recovered 1.11 & 1.12 from my own 1.11 checkout and the 1.12 commit
mail, earlier stuff lost.

Recovered 1.6 - 1.25, the file was only minimally corrupted at the tail
(and since I make backups of /org/cvs.d.o, I could recover it despite
Joey removing it).
