Removing 'sel'

Hi!

I was skimming through wnpp and found this package 'sel' [1] that
seems to be a simplified version of mc.

Popcon says:

Last upload was on  2003-11-16, by the QA team (maintainer change).

I'd say we are better off without this package.  Should I file a bug
against ftp.debian.org asking for its removal?
