Good idea, there's alot of cruft and with more than one megabyte size
as HTML WNPP should really be put on a diet.
I started with checking RFPs being older than three years. A program
is considered "dead upstream" if there hasn't been development
activity during the last 1.5 to 2 years and which thus don't even
have the usual bitrot maintenance. Also note that lots of these RFPs
have been ITPs in the past that have been retitled during WNPP
cleanups and were never "true" RPFs. Any objections against the
following candidates for getting closed?
