Bug#228394: marked as done (qa.debian.org: Adding a "upstream version" column in the developer.php page would be nice)

As say in the title it would be nice to have a column with upstream version in 
the developep.php page (base on the debian/watch files as for the PTS webpages 
for packages).  It could be a nice way to see which packages need an update :)
