Description of incorrect behaviour:

The manual pages for diald and dialdexamples refer
to the configuration file diald.options.  There is no 
mention of diald.defaults.

Installation includes /etc/diald/diald.defaults but
there is no diald.options.

Suggested fix: make the name of the installed 
configuration file consistent with the documentation.
