Yes. But that's not necessarily bad:

jfs@silicio$ lintian --version
Lintian v1.22.10

jfs@gluck:~$ lintian --version
Lintian v1.20.17

You see, the gluck Warnings are _wrong_ you _do_not_ need to set or remove 
the usr-doc-link, that has been removed from policy for ages.
