I'd say let it linger in wnpp for a bit more, it isn't there very long,
and only a month ago became O: again -- someone showed interest in
keeping it for Debian (though he doesn't want to do it himself).

Since it's not in testing, it only eats a little bit of diskspace on the
mirrors.

IMHO, before removing a package, we should give potential adopters the
chance to see it and pick it up.
