Hello,
Checking the BTS shows this: There are 21 open bugs against packages
maintained by Scott. 9 of these are fixed by various NMUs. These
bugreports include three messages by Scott, two from 2001 downgrading
severities and this one in response for asking to upload a gnutls10
version of xpp to experimental:

        the new libcupsys2-gnutls10

I could really us an NMU for this, I'm currently experiencing problems
getting my uploads accepted (public key problems)

Scott, do you have an ETA when you will be able to contribute again?
Obviously you are not completely gone and are reading (at least
partially) the BTS. I did not know you were still around when I
started the thread.

None of the involved packages are terribly broken (#249497 should be a
simple rebuild) so there is no time-issue afaict. Additionally
Florian Ernst has taken up Scott to "If someone who has more time and
interest wants to NMU or adopt them, I'm fine with that." and has
asked to adopt tree in #252722. Therefore I suggest to wait a little
bit longer.
                  thanks, cu andreas
