Well, for that issue I'd give precedence to (in this order):
- source packages
- binary packages of sid
- binary packages of experimental
- binary packages of testing
- binary packages of stable
So, it's not heuristic anymore, and only breaks if the result is not
well-defined. I think this is acceptable.
