We now have a "qa" user which runs all cron jobs.  Currently, this is:

At the moment, weasel, igenibel and tbm can use sudo to do stuff as
the qa user.  If anyone else needs access to the qa user, this can be
arranged.

Please stop your cron jobs on klecker - also, migrate your home
directory since you'll probably loser access to klecker in the near
future.
