Bug#240829: packages.qa.debian.org: some package pages are empty

This is a transitional problem because master was out of diskspace. This
is supposedly (at least temporarily) solved though, so on next cron run,
pages will be back up.

The scripts could have some better error handling, so that when write
fails, it won't continue, and the new, broken version won't be put over
the old working version. Whether it's worth the effort is a different
matter of course, if diskspace is plenty, it isn't usually needed.
I think the packages.qa.debian.org maintainer should decide on this, and
turn this bug into a wishlist if he thinks it's worth doing some time,
or close it otherwise.
