retitle 144980 RFP: sgi-sysadm-base -- infrastructure for system administration
thanks
#121458 is a dupe for (actually the other way around) #144980; since the
former does not contain any info which isn't in the latter, and it's
reporter has expressed not to go ahead with the ITP I'm closing it.
#144980 had already tried to been retitled to RFP.
Also, #144980 should probably be closed within some time. Neither of two
ITPs really got anywhere; and the software appears to be firmly dead
upstream.
Regards,
Filip
