First, the new entries:
Peter T. Breuer <ptb@it.uc3m.es>: One source package (enbd), last upload
on October 30; two RC bugs open since before then, plus an FTBFS.
Timshell Knoll <timshel@debian.org>: Last upload on September 2, but most
packages were last uploaded a *lot* earlier than that. RC bugs in parted,
xpm, and gnomba. Package in experimental since 2002-04 (abandoned?).
Lots of old bugs.
