OK, like I mentioned in the mail, I did the analysis for -release where
it is more package centric than maintainer oriented.  I'll keep that in
mind in the future!

Done; after reading the past two+ months of the archives it seems like
stuff I would be interested in.

BTW, where is the mystical MIA database kept and how is it accessed?
Does one need to be a DD?  Inquiring minds want to know...

Also what happened to the QA Upload guidelines that were supposed to
make it into the developer's reference?
