Hi!

There's a small enoding error in developer.php, causing links to
packages containing + chars (such as gtk+2.0) to fail.  The + char is
literally copied into the url, causing it to be interpreted as a space.

Take a look at http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?excuse=aumix to see
what I mean.  The link to the gtk+2.0 page is broken.
