Bug#211461: packages.debian.org misses some news items

For example: 2.1.17-2 missing (was uploaded and compiled
according to the buildd logs link):

http://packages.qa.debian.org/o/openldap2

some other packages with missing changes:

http://packages.qa.debian.org/k/kernel-source-2.4.22.html
http://packages.qa.debian.org/n/nagi.html

I don't subscribe to debian-devel-changes, which seems to 
be the source of these messages. So I don't know if these 
changes got lost because the list failed to deliver them
PTS, or where these items where lost.
