When a new game is started with the menu, or with ^N and the mouse
outside the central game area, and if the mouse is then moved outside
the whole xtrojka window, the game keys stop working. I find this
under fvwm in click-to-type mode, or lwm with lazy-focus.
I think the problem is that the shell window doesn't select KeyPress
events, so when the window manager sets the focus there then the
server only delivers key events if the mouse is within a child which
has selected KeyPress, in this case the "form" widget window (which is
the same size as the shell window).
I get some joy from putting the key translations on main_screen rather
than the form, per below.
I guess the game is meant to be played with the mouse in the game
area, and paused by moving outside, but if it's going to start up with
the mouse outside then at least the keys ought to work.
