Remove exim-tls from testing/unstable?

Hi,

exim-tls is orphaned since 8 Apr 2003. Furthermore, it is unsupported
upstream (supported there is only exim4), is not really needed any
more (because crypto can go to main), and could be replaced in sarge
by exim4 or a compiled-with-tls exim quite easily. So, IMHO it could
be removed from testing and unstable. (Orphaned with
http://bugs.debian.org/188170 )
