Personally I am a quite surprised that Kai is still taking part
on discussions about doc-rfc*. The fact there is no single comment by
him in its rc-bug's logs (#111218 #111788, #114754, #115021) combined
with the fact that it has 'Tags: patch' and is open for almost two
years strongly suggested that he had lost all interest in this package
and that it was efectively orphaned.
