Hi Folks, I'm using package 'tdl' very much and it is important for me that it is kept up-to-date with upstream versions. The Mantainer of it, Greame Mathieson <mathie@wossname.org.uk> has not updated it since February 2002. I intend to mantain this package and I also have packed its last version. I just not uploaded it yet. I already contact Graeme to tell my intention to mantain it. See the messages below. Then I am just writing to debian-qa to tell that I'll upload the new version of 'tdl' next week. If anyone thinks that this is not ok to be the new mantainer of this package, please send me a message. I can see in 'tdl' web page that current version is 1.3.1 and development version is 1.4. Debian package is 1.0, dated Feb/16/2002. Current packed version is more than one year old. There is also an open bug report dated Feb/26/2003 asking for updates. Then I am writing you to ask to mantain tdl. I am an official Debian developer and can mantain it. (just if you aprove it). If you need information about how to "tell Debian servers" that you want the package to be mantained by me, tell me and I can send you instructions.
