bugs reported against fvwmconf should be closed

Hello Debian-QA,

There is two bugs reported against fvwmconf, but this package was
removed from woody:

auric% madison fvwmconf
  fvwmconf |     0.19-5 |     oldstable | source, all

They should probably be closed.
