Bug#129966: xcoral: debian/rules contains an error in clean target due to missing build-dep

Fixed in incoming by prodding yada to regenerate the control file so
that the build-dep is included. The test for whether yada exists is part
of yada's weird internals and can't easily be removed without nuking
yada altogether.

(Of course, if xcoral stays orphaned I might take the opportunity to
convert it to a more sensible packaging anyway.)
