No objections, a couple of suggestions that you're welcome to ignore:
* consider tagging packages with legal issues as "wontfix" and making
them RFP's
* consider tagging packages that have beta things up on the web
somewhere for download as "pending" and letting them stay around
a bit longer
* consider doing these in batches of 50 or so, announcing them to
-devel-announce once a week so people can look through them and
claim them if they want them
