The web pages should be kind of back now when DNS gets updated. If
anyone has a copy of QA.pm please restore it - I disabled the pages that
depend on that. (Maybe we should just delete them, since the todo list
stuff hasn't been used in ages?)
I have no idea what the various mail aliases pointed to.
