http://qa.debian.org/documentation/qa.html/ch-rules.html This says that for packages with Priority: lower than standard, after a package has been orphaned for three months, it's moved from the main archive to the "project/orphaned" directory. And, after another year, they get withdrawn entirely from the distribution and the FTP site. Are we doing this? Should we be doing this?
