Bug#126643: python-gendoc: error messages while removing the package

Hi,

some of the package maintenance scripts of python-gendoc seem
to be broken:  when I try to uninstall the package I see the
following error messages:

    tatonka:~# apt-get remove python-gendoc

Especially the "Package `.prerm' is not installed"-part
does not look good.
