If any packages actually used it, I'd say that those packages just need
to be recompiled. Since nothing else depends on it, though, I'd say that
for a library there isn't much point: anybody who had it installed for
development will have libliteclue-dev installed, which will pull in the
new library package, and anybody who really wants an unused library
installed probably won't have any problem installing the new package.

One thing that might be a good idea is for libliteclue1 to conflict and
provide libliteclue, as well as replacing it if they share any files.
