saml is orphaned, and I closed these bugs in a QA upload recently. Due
to bug #71600 in dinstall, they were only tagged as fixed, so I'm
closing them by hand.

* Debian QA upload.
* Disable assembly maths for all architectures except those that really do
have it. In particular, this excludes arm (closes: #58519) and
mips/mipsel (closes: #85187), so those architectures can now build.
* Update to policy version 3.1.1:
- FHS updates (closes: #80767).
* Remove extra unconditional call to ldconfig in postinst, and really
install that and its fellow maintainer scripts.
* Call dpkg-gencontrol with -isp.
