There are two ways: the first one, is to become a developer and package it
yourself.  The other one is to get one developer's interest and he will
package the software for you.

You can file a RFP (request for packaging) bug against wnpp, and maybe
someone will pick it up. In that case, you need not be a developer.

If you do file a RFP bug, please include URLs, description, license, and all
other information you think might be useful for someone browsing that
enourmous bug list looking for something to package.
