Bug#81698: mxmaps: Are CVS directories supposed to be included?
Package: mxmaps
Version: 1.0-7
Severity: important
When I first ran xmap - it complained of missing directories, I had to
mkdir CVS in two places, then it finished installing itself, but
now it segfaults on about half the menu choices. I cannot view
any of the vector maps, I cannot access track from log.
I downloaded mxmap-1.0-tar.gz from ftp.mayko.com and it didn't have
the CVS directories in it.
further investigation of the CVS repositories reveals that they
point to Joey Hess's machine
I do not know if the presence of these directories is causing the seg faults, or if it's something else missing or what, but this package is fairly unusable
for now...
