Bug#118946: KMail/lockfile

KMail regularly outputs "sh: lockfile: command not found" on stderr (or
stdout) when trying to access local mailboxes. (/var/spool/mail/<user>)

ii kmail 2.2.1-1.6 Mail Client based on QT and KDE
ii libc6 2.2.4-5 GNU C Library: Shared libraries and Timezone
ii kdelibs3 2.2.1-14 KDE core libraries (runtime files)
Debian unstable (3.0) as of November 9th, 2001.
