Bug#117068: KMail and Mailfolder

Package: kmail
Version: 2.2.1-1.4

When using KMail, it omits all subdirectories in my ~/Mail folder. Instead,
it shows folder symbols in front of all mailfolders, suggesting them to be
directories. Besides, the outbox icon looks like everything except a letter
box. I know I can create subfolders - but I want my _existing_
subdirectories to show up. Also, there is not a single way to open an
existing mailbox that happens not to be directly in ~/Mail.
