Bug#113473: korganizer changes permissions on existing files
Package: korganizer
Version: 4:2.2.1-1.1
Severity: normal
Hello. KOrganizer seems to change the permissions of existing ICal
files.
I have the following situation setup:
There is a Calendar, calendar.ics stored on an nfs mount (call it /nfs).
I've created a group called calendar and executed the following command:
#chgrp calendar /nfs/calendar.ics
#chmod 664 /nfs/calendar.ics
#ls -la /nfs/calendar.ics
-rw-rw-r-- 1 josh calendar 5595 Aug 27 12:37 calendar.ics
Now I add myself (josh) and a friend (friend) to the calendar group.
I then open korganizer, open /nfs/calendar.ics, edit the file, and then
save it.
Now if I do:
#ls -la /nfs/calendar.ics
-rw-rw-r-- 1 josh josh 5595 Aug 27 12:37 calendar.ics
Why did the group change??
