Thank you Lars, this makes a nice and indisputable public record.  I 
will add (well merge) the license to the sag text tomorrow and bump my 
version to 0.6.4, tidy up a couple of other things in the text, and 
then I will be ready to upload.  (I expect an upload by the end of the 
weekend anyway)

For anyone who is interested, the (very preliminary) deb and source are 
available from auric:~bagpuss/sysadmin-guide/.  I have made a few 
changes since I built that version, added a new chapter etc, but it 
serves to give some idea at least.  If you have any comments on it then 
please let me know.
