It's a cross-compiler. It perhaps should be removed since we've lost
cross-binutils, at least if nobody is willing to maintain it; somebody
should contact the m68k folks to see if they still want it.

We currently need it for the lists archives, as far as I can remember.
I'll try to come up with a patch for the /tmp races.

As I said a day or two ago on this list, I'm adopting this, so no need
to NMU. A fix is in incoming waiting for ftpmaster approval (as it moves
the package to main).
