Not anymore.

powerpc-utils (1.1.3-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Actually change maintainer name this time.
  * No longer divert hwclock.sh; Debian kernels have included CONFIG_PPC_RTC
    for a long enough time now.  Document the issue.  (Closes:
#99875).  * Builds on current unstable now.  (Closes: #99735).
