Package: xpuzzles
Version: 5.5.3-1
Severity: normal

I upgraded from xpuzzles 5.4.4-4 to 5.5.3-1 today, and dpkg asked me
about every single one of xpuzzles' app-defaults files, although I'm
pretty sure I haven't changed any of them. Have those files changed
from not being conffiles to being conffiles?

Yes. Quoting Policy, section 12.8:

_Application defaults_ files must be installed in the directory
`/etc/X11/app-defaults/' (use of a localized subdirectory of
`/etc/X11/' as described in the _X Toolkit Intrinsics - C Language
Interface_ manual is also permitted). They must be registered as
_conffile_s or handled as configuration files.

Thanks,

Matej
