Bug#89700: marked as done (xxgdb messes up xaw wrappers)

/usr/lib/xaw-wrappers/ is obsolete anyway (/usr/share/xaw-wrappers is
preferred now) but /usr/lib/xaw-wrappers/conf is an outright botch:
only /usr/lib/xaw-wrappers/config is ever looked at by
update-xaw-wrappers.
