Bug#86767: imgstar description typo

Package: imgstar
Version: 1.1-4

The description is as follows:

The ImgStar Image Processing Tools are intended as a complete
environment for image processing to compliment Jef Poskanzer's pbmplus
toolkit which mostly provides conversion between different standard
 file formats.

The word "compliment" should be "complement"; "compliment" means to
praise someone or something, "complement" means to match or complete
someone or something. See for eg
http://www.lineone.net/dictionaryof/englishusage/d0081791.html:

"To complement something is to suit it or complete it: That shirt
complements your suit nicely. To compliment someone is to praise them or
approve of them: She complimented the child on his good manners. If you
think of the first five letters of complete when you are trying to spell
complement, it will help you spell these two words correctly."

Cheers, Steve
