Package: libsigc++-dev
Version: 1.0.2-1
Severity: severe

libsigc++-dev had a wrong dependency:

~> apt-cache show libsigc++-dev
Package: libsigc++-dev
[...]
Source: libsigc++
Version: 1.0.2-1
Depends: libsigc++0 (>= 1.0.1)

I think the dependecy should be libsigc++0 (>= 1.0.2), since I can't
compile things if I have libsigc++0-dev version 1.0.2 on my system but
only libsigc++0 version 1.0.1

I'm marking this bug as severe, because I think it's release critical.
