I cced owner@bugs.debian.org so that he don't forget about it since I
guess that he hasn't registered qa.debian.org as a special package in
the BTS. Darren ? You never replied to my previous mails ...

The maintainer of qa.debian.org should be 
"Debian QA Group <debian-qa@lists.debian.org>".
