A new version will appear in woody, when someone has enough free time to
package it. This means transferring the debian-files and patches from
the old package to the new one and then cleaning up the package and
bringing it into a good shape.
This can also be done by someone who is not a debian-developer. He can
create the package and of the us, the QA-Team will fetch the packages,
check them and if they are alright make a upload of the new version.
